Graphic Designer

Minelli, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience and a standout portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking and craft. The ideal candidate would have exceptional formal design skills and a desire to understand the broader context of brand strategy and design. At Minelli, we work in small, highly collaborative teams that conduct primary research, develop strategy and create brand identity systems. Every team member contributes across these disciplines to forge a holistic approach that drives change and creates momentum for our clients at pivotal moments in their organization.

This is a freelance contract position with the possibility of full-time employment. We are currently working in a remote/hybrid model—being based in the Boston area is not required but would allow for in-person collaboration when needed.
